Workman's Compensation - Pay As You Go

Payroll Systems offers new service called 'Pay As You Go.'

We now are offering to all of our clients a product called Pay As You Go or PAYGO. PAYGO is a service that allows you to pay your Workman's Compensation insurance premiums over 12 months through our payroll service vs. the traditional method of paying 25% of the premium initially then the remainder over 10 months.

This service has many advantages.

First, by paying through us we will remit the exact amount due based on your gross payroll and job class codes calculated on each payroll.

Second, your company will have a better idea of the cash flow needs for your business. This is accomplished because Payroll Systems (PS) will collect only the amount due and remit it to your insurance provider. By doing this your year-end audit should be within 1-3% of the total due for the year. This leads to a cleaner year end audit and no catch up payments and larger initial payments the following year.
